Welcome to the Weekend Marriage Seminar. These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website and your registration for the Weekend Marriage Seminar. By using the site or registering, you agree to these Terms.
1. Acceptance
By using this site or registering for the Weekend Marriage Seminar (“Event”), you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
2. Eligibility
Attendees must be 18+ and able to enter into a binding agreement. You are responsible for the accuracy of all information you submit.
3. Registration & Payment
Your seat is secured only after successful payment at checkout.
If you choose a payment plan, you authorize automatic charges to your card on the scheduled dates.
Prices, capacity, and inclusions may change before purchase is completed.
4. Refunds, Transfers, Cancellations
All sales are final. No refunds after registration.
Transfers allowed: You may transfer your registration to another couple by emailing [support email] at least 7 days before the Event.
If the Event is postponed or canceled by the organizer, you’ll receive either a new date or a credit/refund at the organizer’s discretion.
5. Event Changes
Speakers, schedule, venue, format (in-person/online), and content may change without prior notice. Material changes will be sent to the registered email.
6. Conduct
Be respectful toward staff and participants. The organizer may refuse or remove any attendee for disruptive or unsafe behavior without refund.
7. Health & Safety
Follow all venue rules and applicable health guidelines. You attend at your own risk.
8. Hotel & Travel
Hotel, travel, meals outside listed inclusions, and incidentals are not included in registration and are your responsibility. The organizer is not liable for third-party services.
9. Media Release
By attending, you grant the organizer a non-exclusive, royalty-free right to use photos/audio/video captured at the Event for documentation and promotional purposes. If you prefer not to be photographed, inform staff at check-in and we will make reasonable efforts to accommodate.
10. Intellectual Property
All Event materials are protected by copyright and provided for personal use. Recording, copying, or distributing content without written permission is prohibited.
11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of [State/Province, Country]. Disputes will be brought exclusively in the courts of [City/State].
